Tea for Ability

On Friday 20th June, Holme Lodge organised the Tea for Ability day at Blades Coffee Shop in Lady Bay, West Bridgford, Nottingham. Blades donated 20% of their takings to the Leonard Cheshire Foundation.

Andy and Sue's leaving

Andy and Sue Willets left to take up their new ministry in Burton on Trent. As they had been such faithful supporters of the Badminton Club, there was only one way to mark the occasion - the Golden Shuttlecock Award.

Retreat at Hothorpe

Our annual DEE Retreat took place in early June at Hothorpe Hall. Graham Jones who is a National Rural Officer for the Arthur Rank Centre spoke about Rural Mission. Chris Stoddard of the RUN Network also spoke about evangelism in the contemporary culture.
